They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, the company that developed Park Island.

ReplyDeleteHow long will it take to get from Park Island to Central/Admiralty?
By ferry to Central is 21 minutes. Its faster to and from Park Island to Central than it is from Discovery Bay to Central (often people are suprised to hear that, but its true). And its also half the price for the ferry trip.
DeleteTo drive from Park Island to Central or Admirlty can be as quick as 15 minutes, but it will be longer during peak hour traffic. If you are going to do the trip regularly by car, you will likely find that at a very specific time traffic clogs up (for example it might be at 8.20am onwards in the morning), but if you can make it even just five minutes earlier things flow very smoothly. HK traffic is funny like that. The weather is also a factor. Add a little rain, and for some reason the traffice always slows right down....
